External Microphone (Steelseries Arctis 1) not being detected by my Predator Triton 300 PT315-51

Ok so, when I connect my headphones (via 3.5 mm jack) or any other microphone that uses jack, to my laptop, It only gives audio, it won't use the microphone thats on the headset, but instead use the microphone thats in the laptop. Other things to note is that, both Realtek Audio manager and Audio Console will not open (Audio console will just say "Cannot connect to RPC Service") and I have never received notifications when I connect to any of my headphones since I got it.

List of things I've tried and it still won't work.

- I have allowed access to my microphone in (Settings > privacy > microphone)
- Set it as default
- Uninstalling and Reinstalling Realtek Audio drivers.
- Updating Realtek drivers, the automatic and manual way.
- Made sure that Realtek HD Audio Manager was enabled in Task manager start up.
- Made RPC and RPC Locator running and made it automatic as its start up type.

Anything else I can do? Thanks in advance!
