Did i need 330W PS on my Helios 500

Hi,
i have Helios 500 more than 1.5 year!
I am glad to have this laptop, but i think there is an problem with PS!
her is my Specs:
Bios 1.16 Unlocked 
GPU GTX 1070 Overclocked> draw 152W.
CPU I7 8750H 3.9×6C 80W PL1 80, PL2 95W , Undervolt -125, 78~85C>  draw 80W no throttling 
RAM 16GB SK Hynix HMA81GS6CJR8N-VK 2×8GB 2666Mhz Tweaked to 3467Mhz CL18-20-20-42 CR2,Default 1.2V, Uncore/SA Voltage +1.1V, Stable.

During gaming I don't get much performance due to low power supply, let calculate it!
PS Stock = 230W
GPU Consume 152W
CPU 80W
RAM overclocked i don't know how much consume !
and the rest of the hardware also consumes a lot of power such as the 17 inch screen, storage devices, USB attachments such as a mouse, keyboard and headphone, all these are RGB, max fans!

my question is: do i need 330W PS? will it solve my problem and provide power that i needed for the laptop ?

    Can you provide the exact model? PH517-51-58VH. Some models came with a 330w power adapter, according to the service manual. About the low performance, have you checked the temperatures?

    model is: Predator Helios 500 PH517-51-72NU with PS 230W

    + it's not low performance but while gaming the cpu throttling because no power enough
    as i said the gpu using 152W so the rest of 78W from 230W didn't enough for all laptop components like cpu, ram, storage, memory, and the attached devices!
    but without gaming (GPU Load) like R20 Benchmark I got 3050~3100 score, R15 1272, Xtu Benchmark 1853

    so i ask if i got PS 330W from acer store (about 100$) it will solve this problem?
    or the motherboard can't handle more than 230W?
    in other hand H500 i9 Ver comes with 330W, so that my point.

    I believe it is possible. I see that other similar models come with a 330w power adapter. Example: PH517-51-964H. I don't know exactly why they both come with different adapters, since they both have a gsync display and the same video card. But I will also call colleagues @xapim and @MaClane to participate in this topic.

    @egydiocoelho the problem is iam afraid! because PH517-51-964H it's I9 Version maybe the motherboard  a deferent from I7 Version.
    so i just want someone confirm that PS 330W will work as  i expected to provide enough power for the laptop

    I believe that the main board will limit the power supplied by the power adapter.
    Generally the user can purchase a power adapter, following these recommendations:
    a) watts: it can be equal or superior to the recommended, but it cannot be inferior.
    b) voltage: it must be exactly 19.5v;
    c) amperage: it can be equal or superior to the recommended, but it cannot be inferior.
    Now, the dc-in jack connector on this model, looks like it is soldered directly on the motherboard. I think the PH517-51 models that come with a 330w power adapter should also come with a dc-in jack capable of delivering 330w. Therefore, even if you purchase a 330w adapter, the motherboard will only receive 230w. The ideal is to wait for someone who has this model to answer this question.

    Hi, I signed up on purpose to talk to you :) I have exactly the same model and with the bios unlocked too, I also flash the vBios. I have questions and I hope you can answer them.

    Did you succeed in unblocking the voltage of the GPU?
    How do you get only 85 ° with the CPU at 80w?

    I set the bios to deactivate the P-states and the C-State then I use ThrotteStop to delimit the PL1 and the PL2 (Speedshift 0), I also modify the ini of predatorsense so that it does not pass anymore above my overclock / undervolt.
    The CPU is at 39x6 at 60w maximum but heats at 89 °.
    -200mV and -135mV

    I don't know what the Rams OC but I added 32Go and by magic I kept the dual channel with the 2x8go and the 2x16go (48Go)

    I would need a full screenshot of your bios (a zip pack or other) and know how you unlocked the GPU voltage ...

    I'm on a Predator Helios 500 PH517-51 with PS 230W.

    Using a 330W PS, i found that energy consumption lowered with ~10W and never jumped over 207W (this limit was also on 230W PS). I tested with some heavy gaming, no overclocking.
