my laptop doesn't charge aspire E5-476G-38QZ.

hi! my laptop is aspire E 14. it turns off when its about 45-69 % (it's not consistent when it turns off) and doesn't turn on if i hold the power button. a charger is needed to be plugged in to turn it on again but it stops charging when it hits 85-90% (it says plugged in). pls help me i rlly don't know what to do.

    Hi,
    If you have a battery reset button at the base cover, you can try a battery reset, switch off the laptop, disconnect from mains and follow the instructions in the video, leave the laptop to rest for 15Mins, reconnect AC adaptor and fully charge the battery before trying to start again.

    Hi stansvt,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically". 

    Check this T/S and post the result. ​

    Hi stansvt,
     Try to Uninstall the battery Deriver and restart the computer ,
    1. 1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option --uninstall the driver and don't check deleted the drive , just uninstall and restart the computer,  it would resolve the issue .
