I looked into the technical data section, but there is nowhere a mention of the display brightness. A brightness of more than 300cd/m² (preferably >400) is a must for my use cases.

I'm finding the same thing. The display is described as "13.5" VertiView display with IPS (In-Plane Switching) technology, 2256 x 1504, high-brightness Acer CineCrystal™ LED-backlit TFT LCD, supporting multi-touch and AES pen solution", with or without an antimicrobial surface, but I don't see anywhere where the "high-brightness" is quantified. I wouldn't be surprised to find it at 300 nits, but I would be surprised if it were 400 or higher.

    50%   level = 73.64 cd/m^2
    White level = 365.24 cd/m^2
    Aprox. gamma = 2.31
    Contrast ratio = 1153:1
    White chromaticity coordinates 0.3438, 0.3382
    White    Correlated Color Temperature = 5004K, DE 2K to locus =  8.5
    White Correlated Daylight Temperature = 4995K, DE 2K to locus = 11.8
    White        Visual Color Temperature = 5228K, DE 2K to locus =  8.2
