Acer Care Center and Updates Nitro AN515-45

Hi,
I have recently owned Nitro 5 Nitro AN515-45 early this month. During first week, I have validated the drivers via Acer care and manually in the acer support page. 
However today I checked the acer support page and found that BIOS firmware, VGA driver have been updated between 11th and 17th May. However Acer care centre reports that no critical updates are available.
My queries are
1. Will acer care take time to fetch update and install
2. Is it ok to download it manually and update?(including BIOS)
3. what is the best way to update BIOS(deactivate anti virus, close all programs etc)

    I always download directly from the support page. When you want to install BIOS, make sure that you have your laptop plugged in with the adapter, save or close any open applications.

    Hi guhancbe,

    Check in drivers and manuel option under the title BIOS/Firmware. If any update available download and install on your unit,

    Thanks all for your replies. I have already downloaded them from support page but not installed yet. My main query is why Acer Care Center application is not fetching these details when updates are available in support page.

    Today I have checked the support page and Nitrosense was updated on 2.June.2021, but Acer care center indicates "system is up to date" and does not fetch / list the updates inside the application. May be someone from Acer should confirm if this is a bug
