Go to Device manager, expand Display adapters and post the driver for NVIDIA card.

    Hi,
I would suggest you uninstall the current driver, download the driver version 27.21.14.5771 from Acer support site and install, Acer divers are tailored to suit your system and avoid installing drivers from NVIDIA.

Could you past the config from the Nvidia control panel and the graphics settings panel in windows 10? And what app is having the issue :)?

It should just be a case of setting the right exe to use it in those two panels , and then when the laptop is AC it will use the right adapter

And what the config / what exe's have been set to use the dedicated GPU under both the windows and nvidia control panel? And while its runing can we grab a snip of the performance and process's tab in explorer (specifically looking for the game loop process)

Id also try setting the render to directx, see if forcing it to it helps

While the app is running, open control panel and get all the EXE'es that are running under the main gameloop process and make sure that they have been set. A lot of the time, its because the application uses a differnt EXE than the launcher to render the graphics. For example minecraft has the launcher app but you need to add something else to the control pannel to make it render on the right GPU. at a guess that is what is happening here
