I will use it for i7 10750H and GTX 1660 Ti. There is no SMD capacitor on the CPU. There is a capacitor on the GPU. I will use clear nail polish/polish to isolate this area.

But is the heatsink copper? Its appearance is copper, orange tones. But can it be aluminum plating?

I will use Thermal Grizzly Conductonaut and the tape below. Of course I will use any nail polish too. Is there any risk if all these procedures are done?

The heatsink contact is all copper. No worries. Be sure to disconnect the battery first before doing anything. It will decrease the chance of damaging components if you spill it.

Is clear nail polish suitable for insulation? Thanks.

Yes, also use the tape for better protection.

Does the content of nail polish matter? I think any nail polish will suffice. I live in Turkey and I don't know the nail polish standard in Europe.

I will take precautions in the form of nail polish + tape.
