My Laptop ACER SF314-55G  is just 1 year old (350+ days). But however today suddenly the battery stopped working. It was fully charged when I started today and suddenly within 2-3 minutes battery low warning showed and got switched off. It's working only when plugged In. Can someone please help.

    Hi Homes,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

@Homes, your Swift 3 should have a battery reset pinhole on the bottom. Use something like a straightened paperclip and follow this procedure:
Shut down and disconnect everything, including the power. Turn the laptop over and use the paperclip to press and hold the battery reset button for 15-30 seconds. Release the button and wait for 15-30 minutes then plug the power back in. Wait for the charge indicator to show fully charged then reconnect anything else you had disconnected and try to boot it up normally. This process allows the battery to reset it's internal counters and it should get you back to normal.
