    in Monitors
    Screen is blurry and seems distorted - stretched horizontally.  Previous Dell monitor was perfectly clear.

      Hi Judith75,

      Try to self test the Monitor,

      1. Power OFF the unit.
      2. Unplug all the cables.
      3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
      4. Turn ON the unit and check.

      Right click empty sapce on desktop. Click display settings. Scroll down to display resolution. What is current resolution? Is is labelled 'recommended'. If not, change resolution to see what happens.
