We are going to need more information. What model of Swift 3 do you have? It should be something like SF3xx-xxx-xxxx. What app are you using to watch the video? Do other videos work? How about playing videos with a different app?

video only glitches when playing video and
    1. Enter into the full screen mode and try to decrease or increase the brightness or volume with hotkeys.
    2. Press any hotkey while playing video in full screen.
    3. While enter into the full screen mode and pup-up alert comes
( press Esc to exit full screen ). this also help in glitching the video.
these glitches started with the first day of the purchase(2 April 2021 ) of the laptop. But still not able to fix this issue.
In starting this only happens in online streaming platform like YouTube( almost every time ), prime video(a few time), etc..
but in mx player online streaming didn't face any glitches yet.
but now it is happening in offline video player (most of the time uses VLC) too but only few times, in online streaming it happens almost every time.

for information I have played YouTube in multiple browser like Chrome, Brave, Edge, Firefox. same condition in all browser.
For reference watched this recording video :-https://youtu.be/H-hsRwCYItE
For reference, I have attached some picture while playing video in YouTube, brave browser. (same condition in all browser so I don't think browser maybe a problem.)

    Please help!!

@Diwanshu, since you didn't start this thread you won't be able to mark it solved when appropriate. We don't know what machine the original poster has, so don't know if it's the same problem you are seeing. Yours uses the Intel Iris Xe Graphics that are built into your Tiger Lake chipset and Intel has been doing a lot of updates to those drivers due to various glitches. It's not surprising, they are using new architecture... Which version of the drivers are you running?

thanks @billsey for your quick response.
I am new in this community and don't know much about this community, how things work here. as you said that I can't mark this thread answered or not. I don't know much about this. but if you could help me in this, it will be very helpful for me.
    as you asked billsey said:

I have attached the screenshot of driver details.
and one more question how much time should it take to pause the playing song and go into sleep mode when lid closed. It should be instant or it can take some time (almost 10 sec. ) to pause the song and go into sleep mode.
in my case it take 5 sec to pause the playing song and 10 sec. to go into sleep mode. Is it normal or need some fixes.
    Graphics driver version is 27.20.100.8439
driver details is mentioned below screenshot.
    Sorry for my bad English.

Only the person who starts a thread can mark a solution, so camping out on someone else's thread doesn't allow you to tell other people "this fixed it for me". That's the main reason we suggest people start their own threads unless they are just going to say, your solution also worked for me.
The latest Intel drivers for the Iris Xe Graphics are dated 5/14/2021, yours are dated 12/8/2020, so five months older. I believe they have made a lot of changes in those five months so it'd likely be best to try the newer drivers from Intel rather than continuing to run the older ones. You can always roll back by deleting the new drivers and reinstalling the version from Acer's support site.

I tried newer drivers from intel websites and it seems like it worked for me, till now no problem faced.
acer official website doesn't updated with the latest drivers.
    thank you @billsey.

Good news! I expect after the Intel updates settle down Acer will do regression testing on them and we'll see a fixed version from them.

Check to see what your driver version is, my Iris Plus is running 30.0.101.1191 right now. I expect the same version is out for the Iris Xe.

Mine is 27.20.100.8439 same as the poster's above.
I've tried to update the driver but windows says it is the latest already.

Go directly to the Intel site and have it detect and install the latest driver. Neither Acer or Windows will do the latest, they typically lag a few months behind. When it complain that you are replacing the custom Acer version with the newer Intel on, just tell it to go ahead anyway.
