I bought this laptop more than a year ago, the first months everything was fine, the problems began when i started doing online lessons. Basically the pc would just freeze in place and the only thing left for me to do is to force restart via the power button. This has happened, most of the time, while watching lessons on Microsoft Teams or on the related platform Microsoft Stream. It has happened one time while using some university software (GNS3) and watching a downloaded lesson, but teams could've been running in background. I really don't know what is causing this.. Another thing i've noticed is that this is more likely to happen while charging. I tried many solutions, but nothing seems to work. A few months ago this had one of my RAM memory bank exploded and i had to replace it. I work/study on this laptop so i can't afford this happening while working on projects/doing exams. Do you guys have a solution for me? If not, do you have some suggestions on how i can understand this problem better? I'm desperate...
