Hi, I’ve recently purchased an Acer XC-603 not working, it was cheap so I took it thinking it could be a simple problem. It looks to me like there is nothing odd going on but it just won’t start. I plug it in and when I go to start it there is nothing, totally DEAD. Would anyone know how to fix this problem??

OK, first step is to try and pin down when it first fails. "Totally dead" implies you are not getting even a blip out of the CPU fan when you try to turn things on. That implies the power supply is either not getting turned on at all, or it's bad. Do you have a different PSU you can test with? Do you have the tools to test the power switch itself?

No I don’t have another PSU, I don’t even know where it’s located. Could it be dirty connection? I don’t know. Could you guide me to taking the next step?

It's not likely to be a dirty connection, unless you have been taking things apart and putting them back together a bunch. Though if you are in an area near the ocean you might be seeing some corrosion. If you take the PSU out you can test the main part of the power supply by jumping between the power enable pin and ground. There are lots of videos and such that point to where you need to do it. If the power supply comes up fine with a jumper then the issue is more likely in the power switch, or less likely the motherboard itself. If you have access to a VOM, or enough time to pick one up cheap online, you can test the switch by seeing if the wire open and close correctly when you press the switch.
