    # Reset the unit, (It will remove all the data--->Unit goes to Day 1 of default version)

    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold Alt+F10 keys(without releasing the keys) ---> Trun ON the unit.
    3. You will get a blue screen(Title Choose an option). (Release the keys)
    4. Click troubleshoot option.
    5. Click on Reset this PC.
    6. Go with the option (Keep my files/Remove every thing)
    7. Then follow the on screen instruction.

Check this T/S and post the result.

N o need to reset, and a reset likely won't help anyway. Your best bet at this point is to boot on a Windows install USB flash drive. You can create that on a different computer using the image from Microsoft. Go into the BIOS on your SP111-33 and disable Secure Boot and enable the F12 boot menu. That should allow you to plug the flash drive in and select it from the boot menu you get with F12. On the second page of the installer there is a Repair option. First try the automatic startup repair and if that doesn't work go to the command line and use diskpart to look at the partitions on the disk. If diskpart can't read the disk then you have a disk failure (not good because your model might have an eMMC disk, which is soldered to the MB). If diskpart can access the disk fine you should see a small (around 100MB) partition that is the FAT32 EFI partition, a much larger partition that is NTFS and the C: drive and maybe another small partition (500-1000MB) that is the recovery partition. One some systems there is a fourth partition that's around 10GB or smaller but I don't think you have one on your model. If all the partitions look good then search on rebuilding the EFI partition and go through that process. You will use diskpart to give the EFI partition a drive letter and then use tools on the install image to replace the bad stuff. That ought to get you booting again.

I have this problem. I also tried to boot up my device using and external SSD but it only loads and cannot proceed to windows. The SSD has 240gb storage. What can I do to fix this?
