ACER aspire tc-120 does not from usb although removable disk is first in boot order

Hi
Seems that this customer PC is not booting from usb, instead it goes to windows10.
See screenshot from bios.
Any suggestions?

    That machine came originally with Windows 8.1, so it's an UEFI boot system. Make sure the USB drive they are trying to boot with is setup for UEFI (GPT not MBR) and disable Secure Boot to allow them to boot from a foreign UEFI image and it should work.
