My E5-576G-81GD won't boot up and is unresponsive.

After an attempted SSD installation the laptop has ceased booting up. But there was the solid orange charging indicator light. I followed a couple guides online about holding the power button down and reseting the battery using the paperclip accessible button. Upon attempting to power up there was nothing and now there is no charging indication light. Any help would be appreciated, at this point what I see it being is a shorted motherboard due to a faulty SSD installation, or a faulty battery due to it as well.

This is what I would do.
    Remove the battery.
    Remove the AC adapter.
Press and hold the power button.
    Remove the SSD.
    Plug in the AC adapter.
And try to boot into BIOS.

    Hi ,

    # Power drain,

    1)Unplug the AC power adapter.
2)Press and hold the Power button down until the unit goes off.
3)Search for a pinhole on the backside of your laptop, insert a small paperclip in the battery reset pinhole, press and hold it down for 25 seconds. Then release the paperclip and try to turn on the unit and check.
