What is wrong with acer? Service is ***** repairs are ***** and absolutely no communication from anyone there

    Is acer service always this crappy? 
    My laptop was in for "5to10 day" service. After 21 days status now shows shipped now 2 days of this with no tracking number I have made it my mission to comment on all the acer facebook posts. This and does anyone want to buy my acer laptop cheap if they ever return it?
  • Have you checked your email yet? They usually send the tracking code to the email as well. Check your trash and spam box.

    I sent my laptop in for repair which was to take 5 to 10 days using the repair status number I saw that repair was started march 8th. After no change in status and your system went down i called every day giving to person all my info I was put to another person and gave all my info again only to be told it was being repaired. I called on the 28 and was told it was being repaired then later that day online repair status showed it was shipped. Now email no anything and no tracking number. This repair took over 20 days and now it is sent with no tracking number.

    Nothing but a complete ***** show.

    Why does the first person that answers the phone need all my info when every day they put me through to a second person who needed everything again only to tell me they could not help me. That I should check online. Why does the acer support even have a phone?
