Just bought a a210 for fathers day, never dreamed there would be such a thing as a front facing camera, I mean, you cannot take a picture the other way around! NEVER would have thought, who takes pictures of themselves all day long??? At any rate, I figured I could exchange or return this model for another through the manufacturer, or the store we purchased from, but no way, paid $350.00 for absolute junk in my eyes, don't ever buy this model!

Just where did you buy it from that there is no return or exchange within 4 days of purchase?

Have you ever heard of Skype and video chats which really need a front facing camera to be effective?

Your position on Acer quality seems to be that because you didn't check out the camera direction before purchase, the A210 is absolute junk. Aren't you being just a little bit harsh here to assume that all the fault lies with Acer?

Absolutely right Lego,I did not catch that the camera was front facing, probably should not be so mad at Acer as I AM AT MYSELF, but really, I
I have never bought anything before that I could not return, period
...You would think that a person should be able to have an oppurtunity to upgrade to a different model, or take an in store credit if necessary, but not be absolutely stuck if the product does not have the features you desire.I bought this at Shoppers Drug Mart by the way.

    Not a problem.

As you have probably realised, Shoppers' Drug Mart is not the place to but computers. Maybe toothpaste and nail polish - well maybe not considering how you feel about their return/refund policy.  If it is an option for you, avoid giving them your business until you feel you have broken even in what they owe you.
