Could someone please tell me how I can use my DELL All -in-One as a second screen for my Aspire S7? The Dell needs repair, but it's larger screen OK. I'd like to see Acer's screen view on that much larger screen when at home.

Also, how can turn off the touchpad function? Either my hands are than normal, or I inadvertently touch it resulting in typing frustration. I also have an extra wired keyboard (inexpensive "as seen on TV" from CVS) that would solve that issue temporarily, however it is compatible with my DELL running Windows 7, not sure it runs on W8. Thank you all for any help or advice. (and, yes, I've pondered switching to a different less sensitive laptop.)
