windows 8 pop up side bars

i have  s3, and when i type the windows 8 side bars on the right pop up with the time, and then leaves my page while i am typing and goes to he left side bar of what was last viewed.

 

this is annoying, because when i am typing in word, or any other program it does this.  sometimes i am not typing anything and it goes to the sidebars.  any solutions.

It sounds like you may be touching the touchpad and causing inadvertant Windows 8 behaviour.

I would suggest disabling the touchpad while typing to see if that corrects the issue for you.
