Acer Aspire M5-581T gets stuck in a boot loop

When I boot my Acer Aspire M5-581T it goes to the acer logo screen for about 5 sec then it turns off and starts back up again and will just keep doing this. The only way i can get it to boot is to hit F12 during the acer logo and it will let me select my windows 8 boot. Other problems not sure if is related if the laptop goes to sleep or if i shut the laptop it will not wake up. I have no other operating systems on the computer. I have reinstalled windows with the recvery method using the USB stick I created when the laptop was new and this didn't fix the problem. Any thought on how to fix this or do i need to send it in to Acer.

I have very similar problem. 3 weeks ago I bought an Acer ultrabook Aspire M5-581T(G) at BestBuy, and it was working fine so far. After using it normally, it suddenly does not boot any more. I thought it would be a problem on the LED screen or on the video driver, or on the video card, but it is not, since the Acer logo is shown normally, but after that the screen remains dark, and there is no repply to any key. Neither F12 or any other. I am very disapointed since it is a really new computer, and I have no warranty since I moved to Brazil and it was acquired in US. I cannot even access the recovery function, since no key is accessed. Anyone has any idea?
