email support, I'm under warranty!

I am trying to email support, but when I do it asks me for some extended contract number.  I'm under warranty!  I don't need an etended contract as I just bought the thing Oct 2nd and got it in my hands a week after that.  Why am I not able to email support?

 

The reason I want to email support is because I bought this thing with the understanding I was within the window for the FREE upgrade to Windows 8!  I would have waited until Win 8 came out if I wasn't going to get the free upgrade.  SO WHERE IS IT?   You don't charge someone for Win7 and charge again for Win 8 a month later!   Other stores give out coupons which come from Microsoft.  How do I get the free upgrade since I am within the purchase window for getting it for free?  Please EMAIL me as I have no desire to keep checking back here for when you feel like replying.
