aspire 4552 ethernet install = unable too copy file

Hi guys.

 

my step mother decided she would try fasten up my sisters computer, which ='ed in what i exspected. me too fix it.

 

she deleted the driver : Ethernet Controller

 

i have downloaded the driver of Acer's website...

 

when installing after accepting terms ect.. i get

Unable to copy the File :

C:\Andy\AppData\Local\Temp\(this folder changes every time)\(this folder changes every time)\devAMD64.ece

C:/Windows/temp/temp/devAMD64.exe

 

- - 

 

any reason for this?

Computer = aspire 4552 

OP = Windows 7 X64 bit

Light = The wireless light is RED/ORANGE

FILE = yes the dictory that it says in the link is there.

sounds like opening file in temp location instead of unzipping to a standard directory

unzip to C:\Temp\Ethernet\

and install from there
