Which table running windows 8 is best for my situation?

I have compiled a data base specifically for RV navigation. This data base works with Delorme Street Atlas 2013. I have been told by Delorme that their program will only work on Windows 7 and 8 but I want to run it on a Windows 8 tablet.  I want to be able to use a tablet as it will be installed into the motor home dash. Weight is not a problem. Battery depletion is not a problem. It will be plugged in to 110 volt power supply when used. I see that some of the tablets have a built in GPS which is a plus but if not I will need a usb 2 or 3 port for an external GPS. It would be nice if the speakers were in the front with a mike also as I need to be able to talk to the program and listen to its reply. Most of the tablets I have looked at don't have great sound. I also notice that there is a wireless speaker that is available which will work or I could use the external phono plug to connect to external speakers. If the tablet does not have the mike or speakers that are usable when permanently installed into a dash I believe I can use a blue tooth mike and hearing device like the cell phone's use. WiFi is not necessary but a plus.  What I don't need is an external blue tooth key board or mouse. I need an on screen keyboard to input information for spelling the location I wish to find.  I have probably 3000 hours of my time on this data base for RV campgrounds. Every location was placed into the program by aerial photograph. There are no errors as found in a Garmin. I also have low bridges, mountain passes, grades, and personal notes about some roads gained by being an RVer since 1982. In other words this is similar to a Garmin but allows more control by the user and is specifically designed for an owner of an RV that is between 40-45' in length.  I do not want a docking station or attached blue tooth key board---Just a Tablet.  I know Dell and HP make similar tablets but they run the Z2760 processor and I am not sure it will handle the graphics.

Thanks for any help from anyone.

Any suggestions for my project?  It would be nice if some tech from Acer would contribute.
