I am using an Aspire 4810T with a windows seven upgrade.

 

The Error message--C:]windows\system32\RpcRtRemote.dill is either not designed to run on Windoes or it contains an error. It suggests reinstalling the program again..but that is the issue.

 

What happens is that I always end up at the same screen offering me threechoices since windows did not close down correctly. And, it didn't--I had to remove the battery each time or every time the computer is turned on it comes up to this screen.

 

It will not boot to the cd even when I tell it to look at the cd first--

I have checked on the itnernet for others who have this problem but others were able to reach the cd--

 

I can run another system off the cd and erase the disk and start over but I cannot reach the cd.  Is there some way to get to the command prompt because I cannot even do that.

can you get to

Safe Mode with command prompt

or just Safe Mode
