On last November 9th, i bought an Acer V5-nxm4VEm013239098706600, from quality shop in City-Stars mall in Cairo, Egypt.
On April 27th, i faced difficulty to start the laptop, so i send it to service on April 28th.
Two days later, they informed me that: Hard disc will be changed, and you will loose all your data, and no windows will be installed untill you pay fees.
Is this the service of Acer??
Am i supposed to pay for something i already pay for it, since i bought the Acer with original windows 8???
Up till now no one solve this problem, its a very good recomendation to buy ACER??
Word of mouth, is a very important marketing tool in marketing products......
