Iconia b1 - can I lock it down or limit access?

Hi, I just bought an Iconia b1 tab for one reason only. It's to leave it in a holiday rental apartment so people can check out local activities, bus routes, use our Sonos system, etc. They will have wireless access but that's all.

I wanted to know if anyone has locked a tab down so the user can only access what you allow or can't download apps? I used an existing gmail account to get me started and have no other personal data on the tab - would setting up a new gmail account specifically for this purpose be a simple (if not hugely effective) way to minimise my personal data?

I did take a look at the security/encryption options but I can't find any information in a manual which explained it. I also looked at the "Device Manager" but have read that's a developer option.

btw - it's the perfect device for my needs Heart
