Acer s200HL monitor not secure to its base

Hello, I got an Acer s200HL LED Monitor and when I attach the monitor to the base, it's attached but it doesn't go all the way down. It tilts to the left/right with the slightest touch and  I can simply lift the monitor and it will come right off the base with no problem.

 

I'm just wondering if there is a way to secure this monitor. I have attached an image of what it looks like.

Do not know how old your monitor is and if it has often been taken off its base/neck.  We would suggest contacting technical support in your region for further assistance with this issue maybe you could buy the part you need as this one may have loosened.

 

Acer also has a acer-store website that you can contact to see if such part is available. There is a phone contact option on the Acer store that may give you parts partners information to check on stand/neck of monitor purchase possibility.
