8935G mobility radeon 4670 issues

hi. i've recently bought an 8935g laptop with win 7 64bit. my problem is that i can't get the ati graphics card to work. i've tried updating drivers. no joy. not even your own drivers work. i've made a youtube video to better show what problems i'm getting.

 

would someone please take a look at it to better diagnose my problem as i'm unable to explain it properly.

any help would be greatly appreciated. especially from someone from Acer.

 

unfortunately i've heard nothing but bad things regarding acer support and i'm praying it's not the case.

The video shows what appears to be a definate problem with the video card. 

I do not believe it is resolvable with a driver update.

 

My suggestion would be to contact your local Acer service center.
