Dust in my acer laptop fan. Help please.

Hi there.

I have an acer 5742Z laptop and I've had it for 2 years now. I've noticed for a while now that my laptop overheats, it shuts down and gets hot on the bottom left where the fan is. I looked and I can see there is dust in there but I've read that spraying compressed air into the fan or vacuuming the fan sucks the dust out but I've also read that both of them options might make the dust get stuck in other places. There is also a buzzing sound coming from the fan. As the fan speeds up the buzzing sound gets louder. I can not try an option which involves opening the laptop up at all.

I am not sure what is the best option. I am just worried that if I try 1 of those options then I might ruin the laptop permanently or something might go wrong by accident.

Can I please get some recommendations of what options I have that will work and that are safe and won't damage the laptop please? (without opening up the laptop)

Thank you
