wireless will not turn on/and wireless driver disapears

Hello I have a acre ferrari one 200 the wireless key is fine as far as I no as wireless works every now and again, but when i go in to the drivers it only has an Ethernet driver no wireless, i have tried to download one with no luck i think windows 7 is somehow turning this off and not letting me turn it on again. For some strange reason tho every now and again i restart my computer it will start working until i shut the computer down then its gone again.

i have tried turning laptop of-take battery out and keep pressing on button to drain any power then restart= fail

i have tried downloading a driver= fail

i have tried taken laptop apart to have a look= everything is fine

when i click the wireless button on laptop it comes up with the error sign this also does the same for Bluetooth

i have restarted my lan via a online help support = fail

i have tried reinstalling back to factory settings and still doesn't work

i have checked for updates

i have installed Ethernet driver and scaned for hardware changes but still no luck

as you can see i have tried a lot of things and i think its windows 7 error as it does work just keeps getting turned off and disappearing please help
