Just purchased a new Acer to replace my old one - this was to be my third Acer laptop but previuosly I have always been able to purchase directly with Acer, but not any more. Purchased via SimplyAcer, received a very damaged box and now battling the most rediculous and poor customer service to get a refund.
Acer just lost a customer of over 10 years ............. Hope you are happy with dealers that loose you custom!
