My Acer Aspire Z3751 has been for service 3 times now - motherboard. Why is this problem repeating?

Acer ASPIRE Z3751
I am the owner of the above product bought on 06-05-2011 with extended waranty. I have been to Highpoint for service and repair 3 times for the same problem. Mother board has been changed twice.

I am unhappy because it is now again with the same blue screen problem. No advice about upgrading or about anything else has been given. I do not know why this problem is repeating. I only know the negative feelings it is causing me.

I would be happy if someone could explain to me and give me a solution.

The more info you can provide, the better chance you have of someone helping you.

What do you do with your acer? Common programs you use? do much downloading? Is it plugged into a surge protector? Any after-market equipment installed? etc etc.

I mainly use it to browse  favourite websites like news and property. I hardly do any downloading. No it isnt connected to surge protector.

I have called Acer and they have sent it in to repair motherboard problems again.

I would get a surge protector before it gets back to you. If your motherboard keeps going bad this may be the issue.

(I am scared to plug my PC's in without one, it is a genuine bad idea.)
