What a load of rubbish - unable to repair computer BUT their refund offer is not woth anything - refund in 7 - 10 days. I do not believe Acer should support this useless organisation

    I seem upset because Premium Support spent 3 1/2 hours failing to resolve issue caused by Acer recovery disks not working, then suggested I contact hardware support. You need a single support unit. If the solution does not work then refund should be immediate. I feel Premium Support is a complete waste of time and I will try to ensure as many people know this as possible. Why can't computer suppliers provide certified windows disks - we have paid for the windows software so the licence is ours - not Acers

    you can make recovery disc from erecovery on system for system restore

    there is aritlce in KB Reloading your Acer computer
