Press the F9 key at the boot screen and it should come up with a screen either asking what you want to do regarding restoring or straight to the reset option...it seems that there are different options regarding the F key to select on different models....sometimes it is F10 or sometimes F8 gives the options for resetting to factory defaults...you need to press the F key directly at the boot screen (press F2 to enter BIOS)

I just went to check this...turn on the machine and then press the Alt key and the F10 key together...this will, hopefully, load files that lead to a screen with options for you to restore the OS.
