Acer USA, Please HELP!
Dear Acer US, I am asking for your help, I am from the Philippines and I bought an Acer laptop 4752 in one of your retailer stores named Compex Philippines (inside SM Sucat) on March 17, 2013, costs $650 and we paid it cash. The laptop's sound went off 12 hrs after we purchased it and when I went back asking for a replacement they did not allow it. We went back again and again within the week, for it started hanging until I cannot open it anymore, until we raised our complaint to DTI Phils (Department of Trade and Industry), we had hearings but still the Gen Manager of Compex Phils, Edward Ong is not attending. I feel so helpless. Good thing Acer Phils provide me a service unit but still the laptop I bought is still with them (Acer Phils). Mr Ong asked for a 3rd hearing with us and we are requesting for a refund. Hope Acer US will coordinate with Acer Phils with this matter. The Acer Phils representative is the only one talking to the Compex store representative. My work is online based, I had absences because of this. Please help, thank you very much. Sincerely,
