how do you reset the bios password, aspire one nav50.

in 2013 Archives

I have an Acer Aspire One Model Nav50 with Windows 7 starter edition. It is so corrupt I need to

reinstall anything and need access to a usb boot flas drive. I cant access the Bios The owner has forgot

the password she keeps insisting its thes PASSWORD FOR window 7. 

I REALLY DONT WANT TO DISSASSEMBLE TO GET AT THE BATTERY. i EVEN TRIED THE DEBUG

MSDOS POGRAM AND IT DIDNT WORK.

    Got it Handled just as I had many years agp.. with a little help from DOS MSD,

    it lets you look directly intp the bios. Just started looking for PASSWORD and it came up

    just a few lines before.

    I am sorry to hear of your problem. I would like to suggest that you check this Acer Knowledge Base article which describes what Acer can do regarding bios passwords.
