Computer Returned Damaged: How do I get a hold of the Burnaby Service Station?

Hello, I recently got my Acer Netbook returned to me from the Acer Burnaby Service system re-assembled wrong and making strange noises.

I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me get in contact with the Burnaby BC Service station to get it fixed correctly. I have tried the online options, phoneing multiple numbers and have been stopped at every option by the required SNID number due to the fact my warranty is now done. (It was sent into repairs while still in warranty.) I also called the out of Warranty phone number and was told they couldn't help me and that I need to contact Acer through email but of course they require a "In Warranty" SNID number to do so. Apon explaining this, I asked if they might ask someone else if they might know another way to get ahold of someone who might know how to help me. I was rudely informed no, they would not help me.

Issue:

The battery won't fit because whomever re-assembled it didn't slide the back piece into the notches (looks forced) and the plastic is warped. When plugged in, it makes strange crinkleing sounds and programs won't work, the built in self diagnosis/help function doesn't work, freezes and internet comes up as a white screen. It also tries to update itself and then freezes part way and needs to be forcibly turned off.

Why it was sent In orignally:

Loud noisy fan, programs and video's freezing or not working when fan is working/being noisy. It escalated to the screen turning black unless mouse is moving. I was informed by an employee from the store I bought it from it was a hardware issue that needed to be sent in for repairs.

The paper that came with it in the return says the Hardware was replaced.

Can anyone help me please? My computer has been returned to me in worse condition than when it was sent in.
