Acer Iconia W510 - no administrator-account found on the tablet???

Hello,

 

I have a big problem with my Iconia W 510. After a Windows-Update, the tablet didn´t start anymore. After pressing the on/off-Button it said that a recovery must be started. After 10 min. it said that the recovery failed and a blue screen with the options "shut down" and "more options" appeared. The touchscreen and keybord didn´t work anymore. After connecting the keyboard with a mouse, I was able to press "more options". In the following menu I wanted to refresh the system but then the tablet says I need to log-in as an administrator but there is no adminsitrator-account on the tablet???

 

Can somebody help me with this problem please? My only option from this point on is to shut down the tablet.
