Acer Predator AG3620-EB19 Display Issues

I have recently purchased an ACER Predator AG3620-EB19, and so far have been quite pleased with the product for the most part (the machine is a beast, and runs everything quite smoothly).  The only thing I am not a fan of, is Windows 8... bleh.  But I suppose it takes some getting used to.

However, I have encountered a few issues, that appear to be linked to the display drivers or something.

While playing MMO's, I have had the game lock up, and have had to CTRL + ALT + DELETE and bring up the task manager to close the game on a few occasions (Not Responding).

I have tried running the game on different servicepacks, and this does not resolve the trouble (it isn't firewalls or virus scan related either.)

Also, in what is probably a related issue, while streaming video, the display will sometimes lock up, the screen will go grey, and the sound becomes garbled.  The only way to stop this is by a hard restart.

Has anyone else experienced this issues?  Is there a patch or update for the drivers?  Or perhaps I should take it in?

Any suggestions, thoughts?
