Nitro N50-620, can't boot into BIOS from Windows boot options and I don't understand how do I update my bios.

So I want to update my BIOS and the version I have right now is R01-A2 and I want to update to the newest one. The BIOS updating support video just had an .exe file to run and it would update it but mine has these files.

I think I have to update from a USB stick but I cant even do that since I cant get into the BIOS at all. Tried using Windows boot options to boot into UEFI, I clicked restart and it restarted me straight into the Windows login screen. Tried turning off fast startup and using "shutdown /r /fw /t 0" to boot into the BIOS but that also put me into the Windows login screen.

Mainly trying update my BIOS for more FPS in games even though I don't really have a clue if that will change anything (if it doesn't do much I wouldn't do it, so if someone has any info on that would be great).

I'm on Windows 10 22H2 if that makes a difference.
