Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 Issue with charging and need to know where to re-downlaod predator sense

I recently started having issues with my Predator Helios 300 PH315-53 charging. Replaced the battery and it's still not charging. I thought it might be a driver/windows issue so i did a clean install of windows 11. The charging issues still exists and i'm leaning towards an issues with the charging port or something else on the motherboard, but now i'm trying to install all the old software and predatorsense isn't showing up on the applications list for my product on acer. Does anyone know where i can re-download predatorsense?

You can re-download PredatorSense by visiting the official Acer support website or the specific support page for your PH315-53, entering your device's serial number or model, navigating to the 'Application' tab, and downloading the latest version of PredatorSense. 

Step-by-step instructions:

1. Go to the Acer support website: Open your web browser and go to the Acer support page or the direct product support page for your PH315-53.
2. Enter your device information: Use the search bar to enter your device's Serial Number, SNID, or Model number.
3. Find the application: Under the "Application" tab or section, locate the PredatorSense download link.
4. Download and install: Click the download link and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software. 

After downloading, you may need to extract the files from the ZIP folder before running the setup to install the application.
