I've recently got a PO5-650 from a customer that was bluescreening during games. I've tried reloading Windows 11 but the issue has still persisted. While waiting for Windows to load, I read about the issue with 13 gen Intel processors crashing Windows. I also see this link listed on the support page:

Is this extended warranty still valid? I've tried updating the BIOS to the latest version and the issue still persists. I've read that the issue can persist even after updating to the latest BIOS revision.
When I call Acer support, they just say that since the main warranty is expired, they can't help. They don't know anything about the above link. Online chat disconnects me before I have a chance to talk to anybody.
I'm trying to find out if the extended warranty is still valid and how to make a claim if so so I can notify the customer. Any help would be appreciated.
