can anyone share recovery or OEM file for Acer Predator Helios 300 Model - PH315-51.

I currently have the recovery file but its corrupted.

those who have the same model laptop can share me the file which can be found at "C:\Recovery\Customizations\usmt.ppkg"

Note : To view this file, you need to click Show Hidden Items option and also untick on Hide protected system files.

I only need the usmt.ppkg file which somewhere around 2.58 gb to 2.7 gb size.

even if windows is updated to Win 11, the file can be used.

Please share the file if anyone has. make sure that model number is PH315-51.

Attached file screenshot for your referance.

Hope someone in the community has same model laptop and has the file with them.

Note - Already tried with Indian service centre. they just install fresh Windows and download drivers manually and install them. so please share the file if someone still has it.

Service centre dont sell e-recovery pendrive in India. ( only option is by sharing the file who already has it with them )

If i find the file, i can make a RECOVERY OEM iso image and share it with the community.

    Hi SagarReddy,

The usmt.ppkg file you’re asking for is part of the factory recovery volume stored on the original boot drive. It’s not distributed separately by Acer, and it can’t be copied from another laptop — those OOBE folders and provisioning packages are model‑ and build‑specific, and tied to the original image.

If the recovery partition is missing or corrupted, the only workable option is to perform a clean install of Windows 10:

    1. Download the Windows 10 ISO

    • Use UUPdump.net to generate and download the ISO for your preferred edition and language.
    • Avoid the Microsoft Media Creation Tool in this case — UUPdump.net lets you select exact builds and avoids auto‑upgrades to Windows 11.

    2. Create the USB installer

    • Use Rufus with:
      • Partition scheme: GPT
      • Target system: UEFI (no CSM)
      • File system: FAT32 (split install.wim if >4 GB)

    3. Install Windows 10

    • Boot from the USB, delete all existing partitions on the boot drive, and let the installer create new ones.
    • Once setup is complete, install drivers from Acer’s support page for your exact model.

This will give you a clean, working OS without relying on the missing recovery volume.
