Hello, I need help with my pc not booting up properly It says “your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We’ll restart for you” and it gives a stop code and a what failed thing which are (stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (OxA). What failed: ntoskrnl.exe) I’ve been trying to find and type of online support but I haven’t had any luck with call support cuz my warranty has expired but it’s a black screen with the device ran into a problem thing and I’ve tried everything with troubleshooting and I can’t seem to reset my pc either cuz it says it’s running into problems, and also says I don’t have enough space (when it does let me try to reset). I don’t want to lose my personal files on there and I can’t seem to find any solution cuz most of the videos I watched requires me to be logged in but I’m on a black screen as soon as the acer sign goes away it goes into a problem diagnostic thing. My pc is a (Aspire XC-1660G) and I need help as soon as possible.

It would help if you told us what Acer model laptop or computer you have like if its an Aspire laptop its a model A515-57 or Nitro AN515-56 the newer Nitro's are the ANV15-51 etc etc, as that would help to give you a better and more precise answer.

What I suggest that you first do is to do a Startup Repair and follow the Microsoft guide to do this and see if the computer boots into its OS, as then you can follow the guide below of how to fix the stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (OxA).

If none of the above methods repair your computers startup files and you can't get into the OS, I suggest that you take your HDD with your valuable data to a Profession Data Recovery technician (NOT take it an ordinary computer tech) as these people can virtually recover 100% of your data.

Then buy a new HDD and do a clean install of the whatever OS that you had on your computer before so that your computer operates 100% without any error codes. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
