Is there anyone from Acer here who still answers user questions?

I have looked at all 257 posts in the Spatiallabs forum. The three pinned posts are from 2023 and do not answer many of the questions asked in the forum.

I believe that the users with the "ACE" suffix are from Acer, but these users stopped answering questions in mid-2025 (perhaps they didn't know the answers).

Is there a SpatialLabs contact person or press spokesperson one can reach out to with gaming requests or questions? If not, could the forum moderators (Ace) collect the community's questions once a month and pass them on? The answers would help keep the forum alive.

I haven't found any information on what is planned next for the SpatialLabs software. Will there be an update? If so, what will it do?

Information on new games is not available. Why isn't there a newsletter one can subscribe to?

I bought my monitor at the end of July. I believe the number of supported games was at 194 then. So far, there has been no update with new games. What is the process for this? Will there be new games at the beginning of September?

All the games are from 2024. Why aren't there any recent games? Is it because, as read in the forum, only DirectX 11 is supported but not DX12? Also, is Acer working on solving this problem?

The new Samsung 3D monitor has recent games (DX12) but currently a small game portfolio. I don't think their conceptual solution is good either; your software is much more advanced. That's why I kept the PSV27 from you and hope that news for your community increases. Currently, I have the feeling that you are letting this product fade out."

    We appreciate and always want to answer any problems that a community member has in regards to their Acer products, but we at Acer community are not directly involved and/or have any influence with what Acer does per say in any country or their specific design of a product. For the problem that you are having above, I suggest that you contact one of our community moderators William-Acer who will answer the problem that you have with your Acer SpatialLabs monitor more precisely and will gladly give you a more official and precise answer than what we Ace ranked members can give you.
