    👋 Hello,

If your BIOS isn’t detecting the HDD or SSD, we need to check a few things:

    1. Have you recently upgraded to Windows 11 version 24H2? Some builds may require updated storage drivers or BIOS support.
    2. Did you change or add a new SSD or HDD? If yes, please confirm the brand, model, and interface (SATA or NVMe).
    3. Is the drive visible in BIOS at all? If not, try reseating the drive and testing in another slot (if available).
    4. For NVMe SSDs, make sure the BIOS is set to UEFI mode and Secure Boot is enabled.

Once we know the drive model and OS version, we can guide you on BIOS settings or driver injection during setup.
