Aspire 7-Crackling, dropouts sounds when playing music through audio interface.

Hi everyone,

I'm using Acer Aspire 7, I'd love to listening to music while studying, working, everything seems right whenever I hear through my headphone. But, when I connect the soundcard M-Audio Dou to the laptop, turn Spotify, Youtube..v..etc on and open songs which i like, just about ~20, 30s, the lags, dropouts, crackling sounds appear.

I've been trying all the ways I can, for instance: update the audio driver, adjust the bit rates.
5 minutes earlier, I just update the bios, from 1.07 to 1.10. But it didn't work at all.

Probably I shall buy a new audio interface if nothing changes, before that, please help me solving this problem.

The distortion and crackling is because you are using the M-Audio Dou HD and its headset, as with the Aspire 7 laptop only use the headset directly plugged into the audio side port or the Bluetooth connection, as you should not have any crackling or distortion in sound if you connect a headset that way. also install the FxSound enhancer and all its plugins for better sound. As that is how I use my laptop and the oem Acer provided audio with a high end Hi-Fi headphones works great for listening to audio and video, in my case I have and use the Sennheiser Momentum 4 noise cancelling headphones and the sound is superb.
