How to make Acer forum posts more engaging?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using my Acer laptop for a few years now and recently started participating more in the community. I’ve noticed some posts get a lot more engagement than others — not just replies, but reactions too.

What do you think makes a discussion thread more appealing here? Is it better formatting, adding images, or sharing personal experiences?

While looking around, I came across some ideas about top rated likes and thought they could be useful, but I’d like to hear from Acer community members directly.

    Yes its all about giving technical advice and NOT the "cut and paste" answers that you notice some community member’s post, as in my option that is completely useless. Try and be specific to the exact problem that the community members question relates to, as in my posts I try to give technical and personal experience(s) of my 40 years in this industry and of what I know of how to tackle repair of laptops and desktops problems and narrow that down to a fix.

    I try to give as much imagery assistance as I can to point to the area of the problem as a visual guide, but mostly that is only from the appropriate service guides. But all this is up to you, but please DO NOT be another poster of 'cut and paste" page long default answers like a couple of members are using, as the majority of these sort of answers only confuse and DO NOT achieve anything. Anyway, you decide for yourself how you answer your posts, as the aim is to help each other as clearly as possible and as best as we can, as some questions are very limited in details from the community members that ask them, so that is another factor that you need to consider, so you have to be aware of that also.
