I have a new Model Number:X32V2/Part Number:MM.V8YAA.001

Attached is image of a warning message that will not stop appearing every hour or so. I've tried everything (cliked yes, no, reset, disconnect/reconnect cables, etc. per Acer support chat). I am considering replacing but fear the replacement will have the same issue. Google search reveals some info that it is relevant OLED/Image Retention.

A resolution is appreciated - thank you

This is can be fixed by doing a firmware update. so check the Acer website and try to update the firmware.

Thank you Jack22 for the reply.

I posted here because I had no luck with the Acer Support chat agent. A firmware update was his first (of many) advice but then informed me that there was not one. I checked the site just now and only see a monitor driver available for download.

What really upset me was (1) this agent could not inform me what the message was for and (2) I had to manually type the entire message for clarity because the chat system does not have image attachment capability.
