Blocked from accessing drivers and my profile on Acer support website

So I come here today because the Acer website claims I don't have permission to contact them regarding this issue….. Odd to say the least. But I read that I may need to check the website for driver updates. Which half the time I don't have permission to check. I plugged in my SNID and the serial number, a third of the time I don't have permission, another third it claims the S/N and/or SNID don't exist, and the final third the S/N and/or SNID went through but no drivers were shown. What is going on? I literally just want to check if my driver is up to date. It also claimed that I didn't have permission to access my own profile at one point….
